Repairs or maintenance required for properties which are rented out under our Fully Managed option are undertaken by our Maintenance Department.
Tenants just need to report the problem and we will organise repairs and maintenance expediently and professionally.

If you are an FSS landlord and require an emergency contractor to attend to the property when our office is closed and you are not aware of any maintenance contracts in place, please contact the following tradesmen direct.

Please note the above contractors charge premium out of office hours call out rates and if they are called out to what is deemed to be a non emergency, we will require you to pay the call out premium.
