In our October auction, 100% of the properties offered for sale were SOLD for substantially more than their guide price. The average sale price was 25% higher than the guide price, with some strong competition between online, proxy and telephone bidders. You can read the full auction report here.
What’s Causing the Boom?
There are a number of factors creating such huge demand for property at the moment. In recent years supply has been low and that’s certainly changed during the second half of this year. With more property available, buyers who have been looking for a while are finally able to make a purchase.
