FSS is a large, dynamic team that operates very much like a family which is owned by partners, Simon Croft and Richard Smailes.  Our Lettings Department is the largest in Harrogate with a property portfolio well in excess of 1000.  Due to our continued expansion, we are looking for a full time person to assist us in maintaining our reputation and our first class service to our clients, with responsibility for contributing to the smooth management of our property portfolio.

 The role involves accompanied viewings, preparation of property particulars and floor plans, preparation of inventories and schedules of condition, checking tenants out of property, liaising with tenants and landlords at the end of the tenancy term and agreeing deposit deductions, conducting property inspections, dealing with landlord and tenant maintenance requests and general support.  

 You will spend 75% of your time out of the office, dealing with tenants and properties so will need to be happy with lone working.  You will be empowered to make decisions as indicated in the outline role description above and therefore you will need to be self-motivated and confident to use your initiative.  Your personal development is important to us and you will be supported to progress.  Full training and the opportunity to study for professional qualifications will also be offered.  

 A full clean driving licence will be required and a pool car is provided.

The position will be full-time Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm, with one hour for lunch, plus one Saturday in four 9.30am to 12.30pm.
