We are looking for a full-time person to be based on the ground floor of our busy town centre office. The successful candidate will be the initial contact point for office footfall and telephone enquiries, supporting our residential sales and lettings, auction, commercial and survey departments, welcoming visitors and escorting to meeting rooms, re-directing post, postal fulfilment, key management, standard letter preparation, updating inventories, dealing with property board instructions, updating property particulars and property software updates. The successful candidate will support all disciplines within the organisation, have good inter-personal skills and be able to work showing initiative and be exceptionally organised. The position will be full-time Monday to Friday 9.00 to 5.30 pm and up to 12 Saturdays per annum 9.30 to 12.30 pm. The position would suit someone looking to start a career within the property industry, as it offers experience in all property disciplines, with subsequent career development and specialisation.

The role involves providing full administrative support for the office including letter production, preparation of sales, lettings, auction and commercial property particulars, legal documents including Tenancy Agreements, Inventories, notices and administration support. The candidate will be organised and have good word-processing skills as well as being able to work as part of a team and offer support to all departments within the Partnership. Typing experience essential and some understanding of the property environment is preferred, but not essential. Hours are flexible, although we anticipate a minimum of 21 hours per week over 3 - 5 days to suit.
