CHARTERED SURVEYOR
FSS is a multi-disciplined property company combining Residential Estate Agency, Residential Lettings, Commercial Sales and Agency, Property Auctioneering and Surveying. We are seeking a Chartered Surveyor with a minimum of MRICS qualification and a proven track record to complement our surveying team. The role will include carrying out Residential Valuation work, homebuyers reports and building surveys for banks and private clients. Any additional skills such as party wall experience, residential lease extensions, commercial lease renewals, rent reviews, dilapidation reports and any other professional skills would be seen as beneficial, though not essential.
