A landmark property in the centre of Harrogate was snapped up within a week of being put on the market by Harrogate agent FSS.
The mixed use site on Station Bridge which is home to the new Saranda Mediterranean restaurant was on the market for £850,000. The premises also has a vacant first floor office suite, which could be converted to an apartment, and three upper floor apartments which are all currently let.
Charlie Bell of FSS said the site had the potential to produce an annual income of over £55,000 when fully let.

“Before marketing the property we calculated its current revenue and potential so that we had all the relevant information to hand when potential buyers came along.
