May turned out to be a record month for the FSS Lettings team with a total of 35 applications, reinforcing our position as Harrogate’s leading letting agent.
May broke the record for monthly activity for several years and applications were up by 19 on the previous month of April.

FSS’s record month came as figures from Rightmove once again confirmed us as the top letting agent in Harrogate.
FSS was 1st out of 78 offices for available stock, 1st out of 27 offices for new instructions and 1st out of 21 local offices for lets agreed.
