We recently advised a client who was looking for a letting investment in Harrogate. We worked with him over several months to source suitable properties which were being offered for sale by ourselves and other Harrogate estate agents. The client highlighted a number of cracks, both internal and external, which were causing him concern although these were picked up and thoroughly investigated during the survey process in any event.

On completion of the survey we were able to help the client renegotiate on price before commencing refurbishment. Once the work was completed, as Harrogate’s biggest lettings agent we were then able to help him market the property effectively to achieve the best possible rental income. We continue to manage the property on our client’s behalf.
