Harrogate property firm FSS has embarked on a structured development programme that will put its people at the heart of its growth plans.
The company, which has been operating in Harrogate for more than 20 years and employs 25 staff, is the only Harrogate based firm to offer expertise in all areas of property marketing and management covering residential sales and lettings, commercial property, auctions and surveying.
Partners Simon Croft and Richard Smailes are working with coach Bev Lockwood of Unlocked Ltd to develop a strategic growth plan that will build on FSS’s passion for property.
Bev said: “Richard and Simon are a joy to work with because they are so passionate about what they do and about the people who work with them.
“During my leadership work with them I have been in contact with staff and clients and this has demonstrated how well thought of they are as people and how strong the FSS brand is in Yorkshire.”
Richard Smailes said the development programme had already unleashed hidden talent within the business and given the management team strong direction for future growth.
