With an improved layout and clear navigation, web visitors can contact us quickly and easily to value their home for sale or rent.
Commercial property clients can also request a valuation at the click of a button and residential lettings tenants now have an interactive online form for reporting faults to our maintenance team.
Simon Croft of FSS said that with more customers using their phones to look for property experts and local homes and premises for sale or rent, the website is a key tool for estate agents. What “lockdown” has taught us is that people are working differently and more traffic to the website is coming from hand held devices from people who are working from home. So a quick mobile friendly site is now one of the essential tools for property marketing. One touch features and calls to action are more important than ever.
He said the improvements had been well received by regular clients who use FSS to market their properties.
“As Harrogate’s only estate agent with five property specialisms – sales, lettings, commercial, auctions and surveys – we have a lot of information to share and many different types of customers using our website.
“Finding a way to do this in a clear and simple way was our key priority with the new site and we are delighted with the positive feedback received so far.
“We have seen a very positive market following our re-opening, with numerous new sales and lettings agreed. There are also a number of properties that failed to sell in our March auction due to the nervous state of the market, that have now exchanged and are due to complete shortly. We have also been arranging many valuation and market appraisal appointments, so whilst it may not be “business as usual” due to distancing measures, we are very much at work and looking to create new business in what is a perfectly workable market.
