A Building Survey is the most detailed form of pre-purchase survey. It is detailed, in-depth and tailored specifically for the property concerned.

It is recommended for properties which are:-

Older or Listed.
Period buildings or those with unusual construction.
Built using none traditional methods.
Dilapidated.
Extensively altered or extended.
Have known structural problems.

The report wil include: -

Photographs where appropriate.
A glossary of building terms.
Tips for future maintenance.

A market valuation and insurance valuation can be provided at extra cost.
